The driver delivers according to your instructions in Min Levering.
If no authorization is given, the driver rings your doorbell. If there is no answer, the driver will call you.
Deliveries are always documented with a photo of the package at the delivery location (sent by e-mail if left with authorization).
After delivery, Min Levering is updated, and you can also rate your experience to help us improve.
All delivery photos are stored securely in Burd Delivery’s cloud system (never on the driver’s phone).
Your delivery is CO₂ compensated – we offset all emissions connected to your delivery through UN-supported projects.
We only use your data (name, address, phone number, e-mail) to complete your delivery.
