1) Timerne stemmer ikke overens med Smartplan
Smartplan bruger vi kun til at planlægge med. De timer, der står i Smartplan, skal du altså se bort fra. Hos Burd Delivery får du 15 minutter til at læsse din bil og en fastsat løn til din rute.

2) Antal dage stemmer ikke overens
Dagene på lønsedlen er autogenereret, og altså blot et estimat. Du skal bare se bort fra dette felt, og udelukkende kigge på dine timer

3) Hvorfor får jeg ikke 155 i timen, når jeg kører i byen?
Din timeløn er et gennemsnit på hele lønperioden, og du får 135 i timen for din tid i Ishøj. De 155 kr. i timen er kun, når du kører indenfor bycentrene.

4) Hvordan udregner i min løn?
Lønnen ved Burd Delivery er på akkord. Det vil sige, når du starter din rute, vil du få løn for 15 minutter på lagret, og fra du starter din tur til løntid for dit sidste stop. Om du kører hurtigere eller langsommere end denne løntid betyder intet for din faktiske løn på dagen. 
Udover din timeløn får du minimum 2,2 kr. pr. kørt kilometer, hvis du kører bil.

Here are some answers to the most common questions regarding your paycheck. The period your paycheck covers is from 26th - 25th.

1) My hours on Smartplan are not the same as on my paycheck
Smartplan is used only as a planning tool for your shifts, and has nothing to do with your actual working hours.
At Burd Delivery, you are paid till the salary time on your last stop plus 15 minutes for the warehouse. Whether you go faster or slower, you are paid a fixed amount each day. You should not look at hours from Smartplan.

2) Number of days on paycheck is not the same as actual days worked
The amount of days worked on your paycheck is an auto generated number, and is only an estimate. You should look only at hours for your salary, not working days.

3) Why don't I get 155 kr. per hour when I work in the city?
Your pay per hour is an average for the month and you receive 135 kr. per hour for you time in Ishøj. You only get 155 kr. per hour when you are driving in city centers.

4) How do you calculate my salary?
At Burd Delivery we pay you a fixed amount of money based on your route. This means that you get paid from when you start your trip until the salary time of your last package - regardless if you are either faster or slower than the estimated delivery. You also get 15 minutes for the warehouse.
In addition to your hourly wage you get 2 kr. per km. if you are driving a car.

Example
You arrive for work at 18 and start your route at 18.10. Your route is expected to finish at 21.20. This means you will be paid from 18.10 to 21.20 plus 15 minutes. If you finish at 20.40 or 21.30, you are still paid until 21.20
